Please note that submission of Abstracts is not possible anymore after 15 November 2020. However, due to overwhelming demand, it is now allowed to submit a full paper even without prior abstract submission, i.e. by skipping the abstract submisison phase. Please follow Paper submission menu.
Abstracts of 150-250 words are to be submitted through Conftool platform at the www.conftool.com/faim2020 link, using the special Abstract Submission Form that can be downloaded from the following links.
The submitting author:
- must register to the Conftool platform first unless his/her account already exists through previous use
- click on New Submission in order to start the process
- should select up to 3 appropriate topics for reviewing classification
- should click on Submit upon process completion.
That the same procedure and forms apply regardless of whether the full paper is to be considered for Procedia Manufacturing or for the fast-track journals. The only difference in the second case is the requirement for ticking one of the fast track journals (FT1 or FT2) in the list of Topics offered by the ConfTool submission platform, in order to indicate the intention in subsequent full paper submission phase.
Please note that each and every paper has to be presented at the Conference by one of its authors in person, otherwise it will not be published in the Proceedings (Procedia Manufacturing or other collaborating Journals).
A maximum of two papers per delegate can be presented at the Conference. Publication fee for the fist paper is included in the Conference fees, whereas for the second one it is extra.
A maximum of 8 pages per paper is expected, otherwise an extra fee applies.
