Due to special circumstances related to CoVid pandemic, accepted papers have been or will have been published before the Conference in the respective journals.

Thus, papers are expected to be presented by one of their authors at the Conference, but the no-show policy has been relaxed de-facto.

On-line presentation

Each allocated slot includes an 8 min paper presentation and a 4 min question and answer session.
A special template is required to be used for this purpose, which has to be downloaded from here.
The presentation (ppt or pptx file) should be uploaded  to any file repository of the choice of the authors, e.g. onedrive, dropbox, google drive etc. Then, the link for downloading it should be sent by 21 August to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with cc to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and subject: 'FAIM online presentation'.
The ppt or pptx file should be named as  PaperID_FirstAuthorSurname.ppt(x).

Off-line presentation

Alternatively, an 8 min (max) powerpoint narrated presentation saved as an mp4 video file may be sent to the Organisers. It will be uploaded to be viewed by FAIM participants.
